We need to get to the why and what. To do this we'll ask the right questions to uncover the truth about why you need a new website, and exactly what it is you're trying to achieve.

Some of these questions may seem a little uncomfortable. In fact, if it doesn't get a little awkward, then chances are we aren't doing our job.

Armed with information from the brief, we'll outline the proposed structure using a visual sitemap. This will ensure we are all on the same page very quickly in terms of what we're aiming to achieve, and how best to structure it.

We all know the old adage that a picture speaks a thousand words. Well, we go one step further. Many design agencies will tell you what they intend to build, or will just show you mock-up pictures. That approach can still lead to misinterpretation and misunderstanding. Instead, we'll actually build an interactive prototype you can play with in a browser to show you HOW our solution will work.

At this stage it is not about how it looks, but how it will function and how it's structured. So it won't be pretty (and it's not meant to be), but it gets us very close to what you want very quickly.

We're coming to the final straight. Here we bring the interactive prototype to life, complimenting your brand identity using colour, design, and good old spit and polish.

Once we're all ready, we move into the delivery stage. This is where we make sure all the nuts are tightened, I's dotted, and T's crossed. Basically, that everything is tickety-boo. Only then will we deploy your shiny new website to our production server, unveiling it to the whole world.
